A Sunsational Installation Experience

The solar installation process involves many different organizations, which include government, city, HOA, and utility companies. Our goal is to move your solar project through this process as efficiently as possible. Because of the involvement of so many representatives and agents from outside organizations, it’s impossible to give a 100% accurate timeline, but most solar installations can take up to 60 days from the signed contract to completion. We aim to keep the homeowner up to date and informed if any delays in the project occur. If there is ever a question, your project coordinator is a phone, text, or email away.

Step 1: The Consultation

Every relationship starts with a complementary consultation so we can examine your energy needs and make an initial determination as to whether your home is a good candidate for solar panels.

Step 2: Assign a Project Coordinator & Site Survey

Once the agreement is signed, we introduce you to your SUNSOLAR SOLUTIONS project coordinator. The project coordinator will schedule a site survey to make sure the installation goes smoothly. Of course, your representative from SUNSOLAR SOLUTIONS is always available to answer your questions or address any concerns.

Step 4: Install and Activate the System

Once all the permits have been secured, your SUNSOLAR SOLUTIONS project coordinator makes an appointment with you to have your home solar system installed. After a final inspection, your system is turned on and starts generating clean, renewable energy.

Step 3: Secure Permits and Approvals

Your SUNSOLAR SOLUTIONS project coordinator is responsible for securing HOA approval and city permits, coordinating work with the utility company, and scheduling required inspections. All of the necessary paperwork is completed for you so that the system complies not only with building and electrical codes, but also with best practices.

Step 5: Provide Ongoing Customer Service

From the initial meeting through the life of your solar system, the team from SUNSOLAR SOLUTIONS is available to answer your questions and address your concerns. Your satisfaction is our number one goal.
